Problem with Qt and CGAL 3.5 on Mac OS X10.6.2

Sandeep Dey-2
Dear All,

I am trying to install CGAL3.5 on Mac OS X10.6.2
Now the demos are dependent on QT3 and Qt4.
Then I tried to install Qt3 by macport, I got the following message:

sudo port install qt3-mac

Then I tried to install Qt4, which is successfully installed.

Now I run cmake -DCGAL_DIR=directory of CGAL3.5  .

I expected to get error due to improper Qt3 installation but Qt4 was also
ignored.
Following is the message:

Qt3 is not supported on Mac OS X 10.6, see <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/21459>.

Just use MacPorts: "sudo port install cgal".

Re: Problem with Qt and CGAL 3.5 on Mac OS X10.6.2

Sandeep Dey-2
Thank you Raphael,

sudo port install cgal
works nicely.
A directory for CGAL is created under macports.
/opt/local/var/macports/software/cgal/3.5_0/opt/local
It contains
bin (there are two binary files 1. cgal_create_cmake_script 2. cgal_make_macosx_app)
include (contains all the header files)
lib (contains all the library files)
share (contains doc and man)

But how to work with this?

Thanks and Regards,

Sandeep.
